2014 Oscar Grant Maplewood Invitational Pre-Registration

The 2014 Oscar Grant Invitational will be held at Maplewood High School near Cortland, Ohio. Further information about the meet can be found at http://www.gopherarun.com/maplewoodinvitational. Please note that this is only a pre-registration measure. Team Rosters will need to be submitted online on this site as the 2013 season approaches.

Please read the following information:

• One form should be submitted for each school. Please include all participating teams on this form to allow calculation of fee owed on the contract.  If your middle school(s) have separate budgets, a separate form should be filled out by them.
• If you have more than one coach, please enter their name(s) and email(s) so that they can receive meet updates and information.
