2012 Legends Meet Team Registration

Information

Please read the following information:

• One form should be submitted for each school. Please include all participating teams on this form to allow calculation of fee owed on the contract.  If your middle school(s) have separate budgets, a separate form should be filled out by them.
• If you have more than one coach, please enter their name(s) and email(s) so that they can receive meet updates and information.

Ohio schools will compete in divisions assigned to them by the OHSAA.

For out-of-state schools, even though Ohio division determinations are more complicated than this, you can determine your division by this approximation
